Try it at your door. Don’t like it? Return it right there, at no charge.
We want you to feel completely sure about what you buy. That’s why you can check your order the moment it arrives, and return it if it isn’t right for you.
1. Return at delivery: free
Open and check your parcel in front of the delivery person. If you don’t like it, or the size or colour isn’t right, simply hand it back. You pay nothing for that item, not even the delivery charge. If you paid in advance by bKash or Nagad, we refund the full amount.
2. Changed your mind later: within 2 days
You can still return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order. In this case only the delivery fee is charged; the product price is refunded in full or exchanged for another size, colour or item.
3. Our mistake: always free
If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, we exchange it or refund you in full and cover all delivery costs.
Conditions
For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
